How can I get information regarding my orders?
To check your orders login to your account. Here you will be able to view your orders. If you need more help kindly contact us. If you opted to pay without creating an account you can send us an email and we will be able to help you ourselves. We do our best to keep you informed regarding the progress of your shipment and we will send you emails to inform you on the stage of your product. How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible. Orders that have been shipped will be honored. If this happens you can fill in the return form and return the item or items back to us in their original and unused condition for a refund. Shipping costs can not be refund and they vary from one shipment to another.
I made a mistake in ordering the items. What now?
If you’ve made an error on your order just give us a call or send us an email with all the details and we will be able to assist you with any modifications that you need to do. If you need to remove items from your order which have already shipped you will need to send the items back and you will get a full refund excluding any shipping charges.
What if the product is not available?
If a product is currently out of stock our system will show this in a clear fashion and you will not be able to move with the order. If you ordered the product successfully but for a reason or another we are unable to fulfill the order we will contact you within 2 business days of the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order. Orders are subject to acceptance by TennisTrade.

Returns & Warranties
What is your Return Policy?
TennisTrade accepts returns and exchanges on products within thirty days of the purchase date. Many of our products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. A restocking fee is applicable at the discretion of TennisTrade whenever the return is due to customer indecision or error. If you return the product after the 30-day return period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Unfortunately we can not accept returns after 60 days and any shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer on all returns and exchanges.
How do I return a product
If you need to return a product please send us an email with the information on the product as well as your reason for the return. We will refund you the price of the product or give you a replacement according to the situation.
