We have a very simple goal. Give you great products at a great price whilst delivering 100% customer satisfaction. We give you a 30 day no questions asked satisfaction guarantee and will accept returns within this period as long as the product is in the original condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit (within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused / uninstalled condition).
Shipping costs will be refunded if the error was perpetuated by TennisTrade. Please make sure to retain proof of purchase for your products. However if the mistake does not originate from our side shipping costs become the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee might also apply.
Rackets must have the plastic wrap on the handle and cannot have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes on the bumper guard in order to be eligible for a return.
Shoes must be in brand new condition. We will only accept returns of shoes that come with the original box. The box must not be tampered with in any way including but not limited to any stickers attached for returns.
Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
Bags, Strings and any other Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
Special orders and items on sale are not returnable
Return / Exchange Procedures
We try to make every process as simple as possible. Please send an email on email@example.com to explain the problem with the order. You will need to attach the proof of order (bill) with your product and return it to our warehouse. TennisTrade will analyse the case and inform you of the decision. Make sure to use a reputable and insured carrier to return the item as TennisTrade can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
We will refund you through your PayPal account if it is confirmed that the mistake originated from TennisTrade. Any warranty issues might result in a new racket being dispatched. In that case shipment for the exchange will be handled by TennisTrade. If a refund is requested, please allow 7-10 business days for it to be processed and credited to your account.
All rackets sold by TennisTrade carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Defective rackets will be replaced by the manufacturer for a period of one year after the purchase date. Rackets that have been bashed on the ground, run over, melted in the sun, etc. will not be replaced.
Once we receive your defective racket we can do one of two things:
1. Wait for the decision Wilson will take on your racket. Once the racket is reviewed we will send you a newer version of the same racket or, in case the request is denied by Wilson we will send you your racket together with a formal explanation by Wilson for why the request has been denied. Please note that TennisTrade will refund your shipment if the racket request has been fulfilled.
2. You may choose to purchase a new tennis racket while your defective racket is being reviewed for warranty replacement. If your defective tennis racket is replaced by the manufacturer, we will give you a credit note that covers the amount of both the racket and the shipping.
